The Housing Division is responsible for the administration of the City’s federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; administration of the Below Market Rate (BMR) Program; oversight of the tenant/landlord conciliation/mediation contract; and promoting the construction of affordable housing units serving extremely-low, very-low, median and moderate income households.

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT
NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that the Draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the City of Cupertino for the 2011-2012 (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013) fiscal year will be available for review starting September 3, 2013. Federal regulations require the CAPER be made available to the public for review for fifteen days. This report indicates the goals, objectives and accomplishments of projects/activities undertaken during the year that were funded wholly or in part with FY 2012-13 CDBG Federal Entitlement Funds. The CAPER will be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Planning and Development San Francisco Office for review and approval by September 28, 2013.
The public and/or any interested persons are invited to review and comment in writing on this report. All comments will be included in the final report submitted to HUD for review. The comment period will be from September 3, 2013 to September 20, 2013.
