The County of Santa Clara (“County”) will be the Lead Agency and will prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to the 2012 Lehigh Permanente Quarry Reclamation Plan Amendment EIR for the Permanente Creek Restoration Project (“PCRP” or “project”). The County requests your input on the scope and content of the environmental information to be included in the SEIR that is germane to your agency’s statutory responsibilities in connection with the proposed project.
