The Cupertino's Youth Activity Board together with the Cupertino Recreation Department is hosting <hack> Cupertino, a hackathon designed to solve a problem presented during our Opening Ceremony. Normally held as a 13-hour overnight hackathon, we are now bringing the hackathon to YOU. We originally created this hackathon as a way for teens to de-stress, socialize, and flex their coding skills. You and your teammates will have one-week to address the theme we unveil at the Opening Ceremony. Our event goals are still the same, but you can now do it all in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.
Where will the event be held?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be held virtually. The opening and closing ceremonies will be held as Zoom webinars and participants will submit all completed projects via the hackathons Devpost page.
