In 2020, City Council adopted five overarching goals, shown below, to provide a framework for the City's priorities. On March 1, 2023, the City Council held a Goal-Setting Workshop to reaffirm its commitment to the same five goals. While these are intended as multi-year goals, City Council reviews them every two years and may adopt the same goals or revise them as needed.
