Earth and Arbor Day Festival has two different volunteer opportunities.

Volunteer just for the day-of the Festival:

The Earth and Arbor Day Festival is a fantastic way to earn volunteer hours and get involved with our Cupertino community! No previous experience is needed. 

Volunteering is now full. Sign-up to be on the waitlist at volunteerearthday24.eventbrite.com.

Lead volunteer is now full.

Partner Registration has now closed.

We have over 75 businesses and tabling partners who have registered to attend this year's festival! Thank you to all of those who signed up. 

Details about booth location, parking passes, unloading zone, and waivers will be emailed by April 15. We will send this information to the email that you registered with on EventBrite. Please check that email address regularly. 

Tips to a successful table:

• Each booth space is 10 ft by 10 ft. You will receive one table (6 ft by 30 in) and two chairs.
• We recommend you bring a shade canopy (such as an E-Z Up) and a table cloth.
• Bring a copy of the waiver, signed, for each person tabling at your event.
• This is a zero-waste event meaning that all items should be recyclable, compostable, reusable, and not designed for the landfill. We recommend using a QR code on a sign to reduce paper. 
• We will have volunteers available to help unload and carry supplies to the booth space.
