Pancake Breakfast

Quinlan Community Center
7:30 to 11 a.m.

Kick off your Independence Day celebrations with a pancake breakfast at the Quinlan Community Center, hosted by the De Anza Optimist Club of Cupertino. After breakfast, head to Memorial Park for the flag raising, children's parade, and a concert at the Amphitheater.

Breakfast Tickets - Cash Only

  • Adults $15
  • Children 12 and under $10
  • Orange Juice $3

Adult breakfast includes three pancakes, two sausages, and a choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or orange juice ($3).

Children's breakfast includes two pancakes, one sausage, and a choice of milk, hot chocolate, or orange juice ($3).

Pancakes can be substituted for sausage.

   

Flag Raising and Children's Parade

Veterans Memorial at Memorial Park
10 a.m.

Celebrate America’s Birthday at Cupertino's official flag-raising ceremony, immediately followed by the children's parade. Decorate your bike, scooter, or your stroller and join the parade through the park. Costumes and fun patriotic attire are encouraged!  At the end of the parade, enjoy lawn games, coloring activities, and bubbles while enjoying the music of Phil n' the Blanks. 

   

Concert - Phil n' the Blanks

Memorial Park Amphitheatre
10:30 a.m. to noon

Phil' n The Blanks is a San Francisco Bay Area cover band specializing in high-energy classic rock, modern rock, and country rock dance music. CBS SF Bay Area voted them one of the Bay Area's best cover bands.
