The City of Cupertino welcomes you and your group or family to the beautiful Creekside Park, located in the heart of Cupertino. Creekside offers a small park building that can be reserved for community and family events. The room includes: heating and air-conditioning, restrooms, trash cans, 50 chairs, 8 six foot tables, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and sink.  Creekside Park Building 3

Making a Reservation

Reservations must be done in person at the Parks & Recreation Office at the Quinlan Community Center. Reservations are accepted Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and must be made no less than 14 days in advance.

Two-hour minimum reservation time required. Rental times should include room preparation, scheduled program time, and clean-up.

Businesses need to submit a written request on company letterhead. Residents must bring a current utility bill and government issued photo I.D. as proof of residency. Non-profit organization must supply a 501(c) form from the Internal Revenue Service. Cupertino non-profits please contact the Recreation Office for additional requirements.

Fee Payment
All rental fees are due no later than 30 days before your rental date.

Security Deposit
A $100 security deposit is required and is due at the time of reservation. The deposit shall be refunded if no damages occur, rooms are left in clean conditions, and permit concludes on time. If alcohol is served the security deposit is $250.

Overtime Fee
Functions exceeding the permitted reservation time shall be charged 1.5 times the associated hourly fee for anytime, up to the first half hour, and 1.5 times the associated hourly fee for every hour thereafter.

Where is the Creekside Park Building located?
The Creekside Park Building is located at 10455 Miller Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014

When is the building available to rent?
The building can be reserved year-round, Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Excluding federal and state holidays and city special events.

Can I decorate the building?
Yes! There will be an attendant who will setup the building for you. However, you are responsible for putting up any decorations and all special preparations necessary for your activity. Decorations and delivery of equipment is done during your permitted reservation time.

You may use gaffers tape to hang decorations. The following items may not be used to hang decorations: cellophane adhesive tape, nails, staples, thumb tacks, push pins, screws, etc. Decorations must be taken down before the end of the permit.

Is alcohol allowed in the building?
Yes. A reservation group may serve wine, beer, and champagne. Hard liquor is prohibited. No kegs are allowed. The serving of alcoholic beverages must be requested at least 30 days prior to the rental date.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellation of a reservation for a full refund must be made no later than 30 days prior to your rental date. All cancellations must be in writing and turned in to the Recreation Office, or emailed to refunds@cupertino.org.
The city reserves the right to cancel any use of a facility with two (2) weeks advanced notice.
