Public Works - Facilities & Fleet Division

The Facilities Division is responsible for:

• 13 public buildings
• 9 park restrooms

Maintenance responsibility includes:

• Materials within the foot print of the building including:

1. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
2. Building equipment
3. Emergency generators
4. Communication.
5. Security systems

• Water displays at Community Hall
• Pool maintenance at Blackberry Farm
• Vehicle and equipment fleet
• Fuel tank facilities at City Hall and Service Center

Janitorial services are provided to the City by a qualified vendor under a multi-year competitively bid contract. The current vendor is Clean Innovations, Inc.
